The fundraising is for Meiglin Veitia and is being organised by her sons, Julio & Eduardo Colmenares and her husband.
Our mom has been fighting the covid-19 virus for a week now and her symptoms include pneumonia, lack of oxygen/shortness of breath, constant fever and loss of speech and movement that have obviously complicated her situation.
Unfortunately our insurance company has rejected our case and the expenses to treat covid patients in Venezuela are very high >$1000 USD per day for hospitalisation and >$2000 USD per day for the Intensives Care Unit (ICU) where she is right now.
We are asking for your help to be able to cover her treatment and bring her back home healthy as soon as possible.
