Help Collect funds for Rex's life saving Surgery

Story

Hi, My name is Garry Hutchings. I have an almost 3 year old pure breed rhodashian Ridegeback who is my sole companion. You can always find Rex and I walking around town and visiting our favorite place, the dog park, where he is known as the gentle giant/refere to everyone he meets. We take our Dailey walk from West Gloucester to town and take many journeys in the woods together. Rex enjoys these actives immensely, he is happiest when he is able to run free and play with his many buddies at the dog park. You can also see Rex grabbing an ice cream at the cupboard during the warmer months. in 2018 I suffered many losses including the loss of my twin sister, my older sister, and my rescue pup another rhodashian I also named Rex, from a seizure condition. Shortly after I really started to struggle mentally especially with depression. During those hard times I found solace and peace by adding a new puppy to my life. Rex has gotten me through some really hard times and shortly after I retired I found out he is suffering from A dermoid sinus. This is a life threatening condition for him and requires Many diagnostic testing along with an emergency surgery with a board certified surgeon to remove the tumor from his spine. He has already had procedures done to perform biopsies, and follow up care. He has many more appointments in his future to hopefully combat this condition but without the help from others the life saving treatment that he needs is just out of reach for myself being that I'm alone and newly retired. I owe Rex for saving my life and getting me through one of the worst moments I've encounter and I hope I can repay him by helping him get well during this difficult time in his life.
