Hi, my name is Shane and I'm fundraising for my cousin Colin. Colin is 30 years old, a new husband and a new father who was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He is currently in Barnes-Jewish hospital on a transplant list for a new heart and has already had a few procedures done. He is fighting hard so that he can raise his daughters with his wife.
