Help Colin's Family

Hi everyone, this is Magda and I am writing on behalf of Colin Mclean and his family.

2020 was a tough year for so many, as it affected everyone financially, emotionally & mentally. For Colin, it meant not working, & afterwards working even harder, in the midst of battling cancer.

By the grace of a higher power and also amazing medical treatments/teams, he kicked cancer in the butt. He continued to work hard, while his wife Ingrid maintained in and around the house. He worked so his family can have the life he dreamed of.

2021 was meant to be a turning point for the family. More family get togethers. Summer days spent on the lake. This also involved going back to Mexico-.finally!

Thanksgiving, they were celebrating health, milestones and building new memories. Colin expressed his gratitude for health, cancer remission & his family. Unfortunately, almost 2 weeks ago, things took a dark turn and Colin was admitted to the ICU for COVID-19 after contracting it at work, a few weeks prior.

Something unheard of, since this family has always been diligent on following rules, getting their vaccines, maintaining hygiene, and protecting each other. However, we believe his body has been weak trying to battle this virus. We know he is fighting to get back to his family.

Due to all these unfortunate events, finances have taken a toll on the family. This Go fund me page is set up to hopefully offset unforseen expenses and upcoming bills. As much as we know Colin would not like this to have occurred, it would alleviate so much stress off his beloved wife Ingrid and family.
