Help Colby in his Fight against Lymphoma

My name is Lori Schmutz and my son Colby, 21 years old, was recently diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. He woke up one morning in late January 2023 and saw a lump on the left side of his neck. After a doctor visit, ultrasound, CT scan, and biopsy, the dreaded news came. My son has cancer. After a PET scan it was determined that he is at stage 2E. We are all still coming to terms with this diagnosis. He has always been healthy, eating clean and working out at the gym daily. Most of you know him as a personal trainer and health and fitness advocate. He wanted to avoid to chemotherapy at all costs, but after consulting with an oncologist, an integrative radiologist, and other medical professionals it turned out the best course of action is chemotherapy. He knows the road ahead will be rough, but with support from family and friends it will make his journey more tolerable. He is scheduled for a brain MRI and placement of a port for the chemotherapy the week of March 27th. I am reaching out for your help. Colby already has medical bills that will grow with every treatment. He has travel expenses as the cancer center is 2 hours from home. He may have hotel expenses. He has also had to temporarily suspend his personal training business (Regenerative Fitness LLC) so he can fight this disease to the best of his ability.
