My name is Colby Tipton and I am 34. I currently have a artifical disc in my back. I am awaiting surgery for a 6 level disc fusion. I have multiple discs shifted by roughly 4mm as well as arthritis in a faucet joint, a twist in my spine and scoliosis. Due to the recommendation of my spine surgeon, I am not allowed to return to work. Workers comp will not allow ttd until the day of surgery which is unknown based on their approval. I am asking for help to cover vehicle loans, household utilities and supplies....just need to raise enough to get to the surgery. My wife is working as hard as she can to keep us afloat however our bills overwhelm what she is able to make. I am not proud of asking but I must swallow my pride in the hopes of keeping my family going in the correct direction. Thank you!
