Cody, Steph, and Charlie Carpenter helping hand.
Donation protected
Cody Carpenter and his wife Stephanie have been teachers of our craft to most of you in the last 5 years, mostly they are friends to all of us. Earlier this month Cody suffered health complications from a Tumor that was located in his pituitary gland. The procedure performed to deal with the tumor unfortunately caused a rupture to his spinal membrane causing additional complications. Cody spent 15 days in the hospital and 4 of them in ICU. He is out of the hospital now. He is being restricted from work and heavy lifting or physical strain and obviously this is placing them in a crunch. It's a good thing he doesn't carry concrete around for a living! Many of us have spent time with the Carpenter family and have watched Charlie grow up. During this time Cody has given ALL he could to help everyone that asked a question, or needed a little help in our business. Personally he would never ask for help (Stubborn Ass), he just would not want to take anyone away from their own time. We are setting a goal $25,000 for their immediate expenses for the last month and next couple that he will be out of commission, not even looking at what they need for medical costs that will be coming in. You can donate as much as you would like keep in mind your donation (up to $500.00) will be credited to the tuition costs of attending Jake Brady's Concrete By Design April 13th-17th Workshop in Beautiful Sarasota FL. With Trainers Buddy Rhodes, Chad Guthmiller, Jake Brady, Jason Pledger, Joshua Russell, Noel Moniot, And Cody himself. Plus many more. This event sponsor's will be Smooth-On, Trinic, CTS Cement, and Fishstone. Contact Susannah for workshop details @ [email redacted]
We hope you will understand how far your donation will go to help the Carpenter's and how its a great way to give back to Cody for the business we have experienced due to his guidance, and training. The donations will be sent to the Carpenter's now and its a good way to pay for some of the workshop in a (Lay-Away) plan, and again the amount will be credited by Jake for the workshop, or please feel free to just donate.
