My life changed suddenly after a fall that broke my upper humerus, leading to surgery and a long road to recovery. As I was working through the pain and physical therapy, I also received a diagnosis of liver disease, and now I may need rectal surgery as well. Facing these health challenges all at once has been overwhelming, especially since I don’t have insurance to help with the mounting medical bills. The cost of medications is tough to manage, and getting to my appointments is another hurdle—sometimes I have to rely on rideshares like Uber or Lyft just to make it to the doctor.
I’m doing my best to stay positive, but I’m exhausted and worried about the people who are supporting me through this. I want to lighten their load and focus on healing, but the financial stress makes it hard. That’s why I’m reaching out for help. Your support will go directly toward my medications, travel to appointments, and the ongoing treatments or possible surgeries I may need. Any contribution, big or small, would mean so much to me and would make a real difference in my recovery. Thank you for considering helping me during this difficult time.
