My nephew, Cody, his fiancée, Jessie, and their three young children, 5, 6, and 7, are facing a devastating loss after Hurricane Helene ravaged their home. The flooding was so severe that their cars were completely submerged, and they lost everything they owned.

Trapped inside their flooded home for hours, they were terrified and unsure if they would be rescued. Thankfully, they were eventually brought to safety, but their lives have been turned upside down.

Cody and Jessie are now facing the daunting task of rebuilding their lives from scratch. They have no place to live, no belongings, and limited resources.
