He finally allowed me to start one!

A year and half ago, Cody's apartment caught fire and was completely destroyed. He lost everything he owned, thousands of dollars worth of music equipment and camping gear, and things that can never be replaced like his grandpa's hunting clothes and grandma's paintings. He had moved in recently and tried to move back out, after seeing the sketchy wiring and other shortcuts the landlord took, so he didn't have insurance. Since we are pretty sure it was the landlord's fault he was hoping to go that route, but we just heard back from the SD fire marshals office to get in touch with the city...so it's pretty slow moving.

Recently Cody headed down to Colorado for a 6 month contract for locating to make some extra money since things have been extremely tight since starting over. He has been living out of his truck to save funds, but his truck is starting to have problems. His sway bar was a move or two away from snapping, his brakes needed replaced, and alignment and suspension are going out. He doesn't have great luck with his homes.

He didn't want to ask for help or start a gofundme right away, since he knows it's tough out there right now with prices and inflation, but a little from a lot of people can go a long way. We are just asking for the amount to fix his truck, but any extra is truely appreciate and would go to replacing lost items and and restarting a saving account for future emergencies like these.
