On July 2nd, 2025, Codie Harley was involved in a car accident on Clubhouse Road. He didn’t cause the accident but was severely injured and lucky to still be here. The impact ejected him from the Jeep and because of that he broke his left arm, shattered his right wrist with 5 bones total broken, severed his right femur bone, 3 total ligaments damaged in both wrists, and the airbag caused several facial fractures that will more than likely need surgery to fix the damage to his nose/breathing ability on that side of his face. Codie has endured 3 surgeries already in less than a week and will possibly need more in the future due to the severity of his injuries. These injuries will have a negative impact on his body for the rest of his life.

The party at fault had minimal coverage, Codie had just started a new job, and his medical insurance had not taken effect yet which means none of this will be covered. He is finally recuperating at home with his family after 9 days between two hospitals. He will be unable to return to work for at least 6 months to a year, therefore unable to provide for his 3 children. Codie is a life long heavy diesel mechanic and the potential for him not to be able to go back to that field is very high.
