Help CoCo Find Relief from Pain

Hi. My name is CoCo. I am 14 years old now. This picture was my 6 mos Pic. I have health problems now that my mom cant afford to fix. I am in constant pain. I cant see because my muzzle is so swollen my eyes and nostrils are barely open. I have been having nose bleeds.

My mom and dad say it is time to go live with my grandma doggo in puppy heaven. But my mom cant afford to have me taken care of. Please help my mom take care of me. I don't want to suffer any more.
