Help Coby Durham Seek Justice for Trinity Lorraine Durham

My name is Coby Alden Durham. I am the father of Trinity Lorraine Durham. She was the most important person in my life. She was 3 years old and was killed in a car accident on 2/12/2025 due to neglect Having a child is one of the most beautiful things a parent can ever have. But losing a child to death is the worst experience.Anybody can ever go through. Especially when a parent Does not know how to watch the children properly And trust them with the right person because of this I lost One of the most beautiful things I ever created in my life that I was so proud of my daughter Trinity but she Lost her life today in a car accident due to neglect of putting her child seat in correctly because because of Leela James and her Boyfriend Jessie Knehans who was driving recklessly on a icy roand not having my daughter seat in correctly. She was flung out of the car and killed instantly. These are just some moments. I had with my daughter that I cherished every day of my life. And who I am gonna miss more than anything I will fight until the day. I die to make sure that the ones who was involved pay for their mistakes of killing my daughter. I am talking to attorneys and the police to make sure this happens. I will not falter my sobriety. I will stay strong for my daughter. Because she has 2 older sisters that love her and an older brother that misses her. And her mom that I am married too Jennifer Lea Durham Who misses her just as much as I do my daughter Trinity.I love you and always.Will I miss you forever

They did not have insurance and did not care about my daughter's well-being. They even refused to let me go to the funeral to say my goodbye, but a close friend was able to set it up with the funeral owner to make sure that I had my own time with my daughter to say goodbye. They even started a GoFundMe page asking for help for a new car to get back and forth to work and to pay for their bills. They are horrible people, and I'm trying my hardest to get the money I need to get lawyers to get the justice my daughter deserves and to put them behind bars.

I need a lawyer for the accident and a lawyer for criminal abuse, and every lawyer I have talked to wants the case but needs money for their services. I don't care about bills, I don't care about a new car to get to work and back. I will spend every penny I have and go homeless just to get the justice my daughter deserves.
