Hi everyone, I’m asking for help for my sweet cat, Coaly. Coaly is a seven year old rescue indoor cat who loves to jump on every chair and sofa he can find and play with his scratch pad. Recently he developed a limp in his back leg which he cannot put pressure on and is impairing his ability to walk. He also started to not be able to lift his tail. We took him to the vet right away. The leading concern is a nerve issue near his hind end. Our next steps include advanced imaging like an MRI and evaluation by a veterinary neurologist to understand exactly what’s causing this and what treatment will help him recover. If surgery becomes necessary, we want to be ready to help him as quickly as possible. We’re raising funds to help cover veterinary follow-up visits, neurology consultation, MRI/advanced imaging, medication and supportive care, and possible surgery if recommended. Any amount truly helps, and sharing this means just as much. Thank you for caring about Coaly and helping us give him the best chance to heal. He is deeply loved, and we’re doing everything we can for him.
