Coach Vaughn Masthoff, well known for his many valuable contributions to the Santa Barbara area tennis scene for over four decades, desperately needs your help!

Unrelentingly devoted to work, Vaughn has spent most of his career as an instructor. Sadly, this nonstop exposure to hardcourt play caused his body to break down to the point where he can barely function, and then only with an extreme level of discomfort. To reestablish any meaningful quality of life, he urgently needs two knee replacements, followed by hip and shoulder surgery.

As his physical decline accelerated in recent years, Vaughn tried his best to keep his head above water, but the COVID-19 pandemic and his lessening ability to perform the job he loves consumed all his financial assets. Now mired in debt and facing the daunting costs associated with rest and recovery, he finds himself having to ask - very reluctantly - for assistance from friends, clients, and others who share his passion for sport.
