If you've ever crushed a workout, hit a new personal best, or just smiled a little wider at Fit Body Boot Camp Lee's Summit — chances are, Coach Tristan had something to do with it.

Since Day 1 of our grand opening, Tristan has been the heart behind the hustle: pushing us to be stronger, making sure everyone felt welcome, and somehow always knowing when we needed that extra high-five (or extra burpee ).

Now, it's Tristan's turn to cross a major finish line — graduating from the University of Central Missouri! He's poured so much into our community, and now we have a chance to pour a little back into him.

We're raising funds to help support Tristan as he takes the next big leap — whether that’s launching his career, paying off those pesky student loans, or just giving him the freedom to chase even bigger dreams (and maybe take a well-deserved vacation that doesn't involve setting up battle ropes at 5AM).

Every dollar is a virtual fist bump, a "thank you," and a way to show Tristan just how much he's impacted all of us.
