The Story
Hi, I’m Coach Reg.
For more than 40 years I’ve worked with young people, and I keep seeing the same thing.
Teens who are capable, talented, and full of potential…
but quietly struggling with pressure, anxiety, and the feeling that they’re invisible.
Many students are carrying more than most adults realize.
I meet teens who are:
• battling anxiety and self-doubt
• feeling invisible in a crowded room
• carrying pressure they never talk about
• wondering if anyone notices them
Sometimes all it takes is hearing a message like this:
“You matter. You are stronger than you think. You are not alone.”
But encouragement alone isn’t enough.
Students need tools they can use week after week.

That’s why I created the Teen Success Team 26-Week Resilience Course.
It’s not just a motivational talk.
It’s a step-by-step roadmap designed to help teens and families build:
• confidence
• emotional strength
• self-belief
• communication between parents and teens
The program includes:
• A 26-lesson teen resilience course
• A parent companion guide for the same 26 weeks
• Worksheets and reflection tools for teachers and classrooms
A speech can change a day.
A course can change a life.

Instead of selling this program, my goal is to make it free for every teen and family who needs it.
No paywall.
No subscription.
No barrier.
Just a place where teens and parents can access real tools for building resilience together.

Why I Need Help
Creating and distributing this nationwide requires:
• recording and editing the full course
• hosting the digital platform
• producing downloadable workbooks and guides
• outreach so families and schools know it exists
My goal is to raise $180,000 so I can dedicate the next year to releasing this course and making sure it reaches families everywhere.
