Help Coach Mike Care for His Beloved Wife Connie, as she Battles Dementia by becoming a member of "Team Jarvis.”

Mike needs our help as he cares for Connie in her challenges with Dementia. Nearly 60 years ago, Mike and Connie Jarvis stood before God, family and friends, and promised to love one another for a lifetime. Together, they raised a beautiful family, teamed together in Mike's coaching career, created countless memories, and built a life filled with faith, passion for life and love.

Connie has always been the heart and soul of the Jarvis family—an inspiration to everyone who knows her. Sadly, this past year she was diagnosed with FTD (fronto-temporal dementia), the same condition Bruce Willis is facing in cognitive memory loss. This disease is progressive and currently has no cure, but therapies and support can help ease symptoms and improve the quality of life.

Mike provides all the care he can as he works in conjunction with the assisted care and memory loss community, where Connie currently resides in Palm Beach county Florida. His faith remains strong, that Connie's condition can improve as he believes that nothing is impossible with God—but the emotional and financial challenges are overwhelming.

As family and friends of Connie and Mike, we are starting this campaign to raise funds to help:

*Pay for Connie's Therapy and support resources

*Supplement Daily living expenses

*Raise the awareness of what Dementia is and how to deal with it
