Help Coach Miguel Najar come back Home

Hello Albion Families, Juventus Families and the Redwood City Community,

If you don't know me already, my name is Coach Archie Gonzalez from Albion SC Silicon Valley and a former coach for Juventus Silicon Valley Academy.
I'm reaching out to you today in hopes that our two football communities can come together to help Coach Miguel with an unexpected occurrance in his life.
Miguel was in the process of trying to obtain his green card or permanent residence here in the USA on the basis of how young he was when he came in to the United States. His mother migrated to the United States when Miguel was just a child. Something he had no control over. The United States is his home. As part of the interviewing process to obtain his permanent residence, Miguel was asked to cross the border to Mexico and Interview with an INS agent in Juarez, Mexico. He was under the impression that he was going to be allowed back in to the country legally. When he made it to his interview he was told he had to serve a penalty that can last up to 10 years living in Mexico before allowed to come back to his home.
As a youth player Coach Miguel played in East Palo Alto, Earthquakes Academy and for Juventus Academy in Redwood City. He would eventually begin his coaching career at Juventus Academy while attending Menlo College where he was also playing soccer for the Menlo College Soccer program. Miguel had been attending college for the past 4 years and next fall was looking to be the beginning of his last year of college.
His life here in the States has been put on hold because of this unfortunate event. I'm reaching out to you to see if we can come together to help coach Miguel financially since he has no job and is having a real hard time adjusting to the life in Mexico while his case is handled by his lawyers.
I'm hoping that this financial help can help him with lawyer costs, anything related to fines so his application can continue progressing, expenses that may be able to help with the transition of living in Mexico and he can find some stability.
Some of you don't know Coach Miguel but he is a colleague of most of our coaches at Albion and Juventus. He is a member of this community that was making an impact on the youth of your community. I believe he was doing a great job for the young man that he is and I hope we can make an impact on him this time. I don't really have a target but I believe that anything can help. Go Albion! Go Juve! Go Redwood City and most of all Go Coach Miguel!
