Help Support Coach Lauren’s Recovery
Our wrestling family at Northern Valley Demarest High School is coming together to support our beloved Coach, Lauren Rotondella.
On Saturday, July 26, Coach Lauren was on her way to the final day of the Kutztown Girls Wrestling Camp when her life took an unexpected turn. A driver ran a stop sign and struck her car, leaving her unconscious with a broken pelvis and a fractured left arm. She was airlifted to Lehigh Valley Hospital, where she underwent multiple surgeries over the following days.
Through it all, Coach Lauren’s spirit has never wavered. She remains the same strong, determined, and inspiring person we know — often reminding us, “I’m not going to let this win.”
Coach Lauren is now at Kessler Rehab in Saddle Brook, working tirelessly to regain her strength and mobility. Her goal is to get back to the mat and be there for her athletes as soon as possible.
We’re raising funds to help ease the financial burden of her recovery and show her how much she means to our community. Every donation — big or small — makes a difference.
Thank you for your generosity, positivity, and continued support for Coach Lauren. Together, we can help her come back stronger than ever.
Sincerely,
The NVD Wrestling Staff
