Coach John has helped many kids and adults in our community learn the importance of discipline and hard work. He has shown much patience and also encouragement when it comes to teaching class at the Paragon for ages 4 and up. He has been there for our community in a huge way, now I’m asking that we come together and help him with his medical bills. Coach John went in for an anterior cervical disc arthroplasty of the C5 and C6 on December 22nd. He will be unable to do any lite activities for the next 3 months and won’t be able to be back on the mat for 8 months. Please consider helping our beloved Coach John!
