Hey everyone! Asking you to consider helping a fellow parent - a Dad - who is not only a Dad, but so much more than that to so many. John VanHatten (also known as Coach V, Johnny V, and many more) is a devoted father to his two young children (Sophie & Jensen) and loving husband to his wife (Amanda). However, he's also the "dad" to dozens of others that he selflessly coaches, mentors, and supports on a day-in-day-out basis for youth hockey, softball, and lacrosse. More than anything, John lives, eats, and breathes hockey. His love for the sport is imprinted on our most precious gifts - our children - and they have followed his lead, learning to love the sport, and more importantly learn how to be great people.

John, unfortunately, has been stricken with cancer - which we know he will beat! We want to give him the support he deserves to fight the fight as he has taught so many of us to do. We ask through this fund that you help John fight back with all the resources our vast community can give him. He has been there for us and we are now asking you to be there for him.
