Help Coach Franco Save His Gym

As you may know I have been running a gym for the past 16yrs. In doing so I have encountered many obstacles. Like many small successful business the biggest of these obstacles is finding a forever home. We thought this was it. We worked hard to build the gym to where it is now. The owner has had three unsuccessful business there prior to us being there. Now that he sees bodies coming in an out, he wants us out. For the last two years he has been avoiding a lease situation. Last Sat he handed me an eviction notice. Never been late on rent and never asked him for anything. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done. So with great regret we have to move. I have been going crazy looking for another spot suitable to rent with no luck. I found a company willing to work with us and build as we grow but this comes with a healthy price tag. I hate asking, my pride gets the best of me, but i am in a very sticky situation. I have Coached hundreds of you or your children. I have helped so many people over the years weather that be money, training, life, advice, moving, family and soooo much more. I take so much pride in helping others. Today, it kills me, but i am the one asking for help. I have less then 30 days to be moved out and in another place. If you know me you know I'm a pretty resourceful guy but this has been hard on my soul. I love you all andIi hope you can help. from the bottom of my heart. Thank you
