On November 13, 2024, my world was turned upside down when my cat Clyde was hospitalized with Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). DKA can be fatal, and I was very lucky to have caught it in time. I have had Clyde since he was only a few months old, and I cannot imagine my life without him - I would do anything for him.

To save Clyde’s life, it has been necessary to provide him with 24-hour medical care at an animal hospital. Clyde’s condition is slowly starting to improve, but as he spends more time in the hospital, the total cost of his visit has risen. I am very lucky to have pet insurance, but unfortunately, it can only cover so much. I am asking for donations from friends, family, and those who know and love Clyde, so that I can pay for his life-saving treatments, and keep myself out of debt.
