Hello my name is Sheila Blair and I am starting this fundraiser for our nephew. My nephew and his Mom and Dad had recently went on a family vacation that they had been planning for a few years. They returned from Hawaii a few weeks ago. This past Sunday the day started off normal. Clint told his Dad he wasn’t feeling well and didn’t sleep well so he was going to go lay down. After hearing a loud noise Al went to check on Clint. Clint was on his bedroom floor in a seizure and had Aspirated. Clint was taken by ambulance to CVPH and then airlifted to Fletcher Allen. Clint is in ICU and unfortunately the Doctors do not have a diagnosis. They believe they are dealing with a rare case of something he may have picked up from Seafood or something while they were on vacation. He has a severe infection in his spinal cord and brain and his labs have been sent to the Mayo Clinic in California and the CDC. The Doctors are working very hard at trying to figure out his diagnosis so they can start treating aggressively. Clint is in a medical induced Coma and is fighting for his life. We feel helpless and know Clint is going to have medical bills that will be piling in. We appreciate all the love support and prayers.
