Help Clint Restore His Sight

Here's a quick life update on my brother.
As long as I can remember Clint has had type 1 diabetes, which has been since he was 10. He's always been the big brother that has made sure that I never had to worry even when our childhood was chaotic. He was taking care of me and making sure I was doing my homework and enjoying the latest video game all the while he was struggling with his own issues of diabetes which has been hard for him. After 19 years of watching him struggle to deal with diabetes he has recently suffered from diabetic retinopathy (weaker blood vessels in the retina caused by high blood sugar) that has damaged 90% of his vision in his left eye and 25% in his right. And this is highly concerning if you research it as the damage is irrecoverable in some ways and definitely signs that 19 years of struggling with diabetes is finally taking it's toll on a soon to be 30 year old. He has always helped others often times before himself and I want to return the favor. I'm going to do what I can through hard work and dedication to take care of him and make sure that he can take care of himself and experience life to the fullest.
The reality is that I am in school and not in a career yet, so while I wish I could be the little brother that is superman and fight away each of his medical complications, I can't, and that's where I have to ask for help from you. Clint is currently a server with no health insurance and very limited income as he lives within his means. I'm asking for assistance in covering the laser photocoagulation and recovery costs associated with getting surgery to cauterize the weaker blood vessels in his eyes and restore sight. We're currently working to get the surgery scheduled for the start of the year as the sooner the better because this surgery is to minimize the further impact of diabetes on his vision. He would probably be blind by the end of next year given how fast his sight has deteriorated this year. I am currently planning on moving back to help take care of Clint with things like driving and the recovery after surgery while being in school full time.
I'd do anything for Clint. Unfortunately I can't just donate my eyes to him, but I'm going to fight for the best quality of life that he can have with what he has left. Sight is everything to Clint as he currently has a girlfriend that he's been dating for a year and a half along with enjoying things like tv, movies, and video games for his hobbies which all require sight. I'm just honestly worried sick and trying to do my part so that he can hopefully see me get married and continuing to enjoy the things that make life beautiful for him like his girlfriend. I'd love to see his world become a little bit brighter as hopefully this surgery will allow him to watch my favorite show that he hasn't been able to yet.
We are beyond grateful for any assistance you could give and above anything financial we are definitely asking for prayer.
