On 8/17/25, my partner, Clint, suffered a sudden cardiac arrest that turned our world upside down. Thanks to immediate CPR and the incredible care from the team at Abrazo West Campus, he survived and is now on the path to recovery. While we wait for him to be discharged from hospital, this has meant that we both need to take necessary time away from work while he heals.

While we focus on his recovery, our income has paused. Rent, utilities, and other essential expenses are coming due at the end of September, and we are deeply concerned about falling behind.

Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward keeping a roof over our heads and the lights on while we prioritize what matters most: Clint’s health and recovery.

A little about us: Clint is 19, and a student at Glendale Community College, studying theatre. He is one of the kindest, funniest, and most caring people in the world, and we are immensely grateful that he can continue sharing his light and talent. My name is Mackenzie, I’m 18, and I will begin my degree in Biochemistry at ASU this coming spring. We've been together for almost 3 years and met through our high school's theatre program. Now, we live together in Goodyear, AZ, with our little kitten, Blue.
