This is a last resort for me. Y’all know I don’t like asking for anything, but my financial situation has finally started to boil over.

After getting laid off last October, I spent several months looking for work, and after over 90 resume submissions, I still had no luck due to the job market.

I decided to change my life, and as of June 2024, I’m working very hard as a full-time cosmetology student with graduation on track for December.

My modest student loans only cover basic school expenses but not my cost of living. I’ve been desperately trying to find a part-time job, but to no avail. Donating plasma at the legal maximum capacity of twice a week isn’t bringing in enough to last more than a day or two with bills and living expenses.

My wonderful wife has been working full-time and has been incredibly supportive as well as the best provider she can be, but she doesn’t make enough salary for us to both live, even living as frugally as we’ve been lately.

I know most of us are experiencing the same hard economical hit, so please only donate if you can, and any amount is greatly appreciated.

In return for donations, I’m offering free haircuts to anyone who’d like one or needs one. No pressure to get a cut, but it’s all I can offer in exchange for your kindness right now.

This money will be able to get me through the next few months, then graduating in December will hopefully get me propelled back into the workforce and making money quickly!
