Help Clint Baker with Medical and Living Expenses

Recently Clint has encountered several health issues. He was hospitalized and diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation which required an atrial ablation.
With further diagnostic testing he has also been diagnosed with nasal deformity obstruction.
This will require an extensive functional septorhinoplasty with spreader grafts from his ribs and legs to repair and improve the openings to the anterior nose along with sinus reconstruction. As with all surgeries, there are serious risk factors, among those is permanent vision loss.
With this being such an extensive surgery his consulting surgeons are flying in a specialized plastic/maxi-facial surgeon to do the multi procedure surgeries.
Once the surgery is performed, Clint will be off work for several months. Due to the lack of income to his family Clint will be hurting financially. Along with his family obligations and financial responsibilities , Clint also pays a large amount of child support for two of his three children.
Currently, Clint is unable to breathe through his nose due to his nasal blockages. Clint is required to wake up every 45 minutes to restore sufficient oxygen to his body.
Clint is a carpenter by trade and is required to do physical labor while enduring his illnesses and at times his health doesn't allow him to work a full day.
