Help Cliff Brandow Kick Cancer's Butt!

Cliff Brandow has been a part of the Columbus, Ohio aviation community for over 30 years. He started in the 90's at Lane Aviation, worked for Million Air, Odyssey Aviation and Landmark Aviation at John Glenn Int'l Airport before coming to Bolton Field on the southwest side of Columbus. For many years, he has gone above and beyond to assist his customers and friends and is now in need of our help. 

Cliff began feeling ill about a year ago. He was exhausted all of the time, experienced dramatic weight loss, and was in so much pain he was stuck in bed or doubled over most of the time. After numerous doctors appointments and seeing countless specialists, they had exhausted treatment options. During a follow up meeting with his doctors, a new surgeon was in attendance and reviewed his scans. Cliff was faced with the harsh reality that he was dealing with pancreatic cancer. Cliff is in good spirits and isn't letting his diagnosis keep him down or away from work. 

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Cliff and his family has had to deal with a cancer diagnosis. In the early 2010's, Cliff lost his daughter to cancer. Last year in 2019, Cliff's wife Ilona, was diagnosed with cancer and is still receiving chemotherapy treatment. Cliff will begin chemotherapy this month with the hopes of shrinking the tumor on his pancreas. If the chemotherapy is successful, he will have surgery later this year to remove the tumor.  

Let's rally around this hardworking, dedicated, loyal family man as he faces the biggest fight of his life.
