Help Cleo the Tonk fight against FIP
Donation protected
On March 23, 2021, our family received heartbreaking news. Our beloved 1.5 year old Tonkinese cat, Cleopatra, was diagnosed with wet FIP.
FIP stands for Feline Infectious Peritonitis and is a type of feline coronavirus. This disease is very serious and can be fatal, but we want to give our sweet girl a fighting chance. Although Cleo weighs less than 6 pounds right now, she is an incredibly strong little kitty. She almost lost her life to parasites as a kitten right before we got her, but she managed to stay strong and pull through.
Cleo is one of the most social and kind cats I have ever met. She is my 6 year old sister's best friend and our family can't imagine life without her. This is going to be a very long and complex battle, but we have hope! We want to do everything in our power to give her the fighting chance she deserves, but treatment plus all the vet visits are going to be expensive.
Cleo is currently going through treatment in hopes of preventing a premature death. This page has been created to help raise funds for her extensive treatment and medical costs. Anything will help and be appreciated. Together hopefully we can give her the life she deserves.
