We are overjoyed to share that Claytor Company has been invited for the second consecutive year to perform at the Attune Festival in Kyoto, Japan—an international celebration of movement, artistry, and cultural exchange. This honor speaks not only to the power of our work, but also to the profound support we’ve received from our community. And now, we need your help to make this journey possible once again.

This year, we are proud to present two compelling works:

✨ Flight — A solo choreographed by our Founder and Artistic Director, Stacey Yvonne Claytor, and performed by the radiant Emily Lu. This piece is a stirring exploration of transformation and resilience, embodying the spirit of taking flight toward one’s purpose.

Anemone — A lush, evocative work choreographed by Malcolm Shute in 2023, marking the first time Claytor Company brought in a guest choreographer to create for our ensemble. This collaboration represented a significant milestone in our growth, and we are thrilled to share it on an international stage.

To bring this vision to life in Kyoto, we are humbly asking for your support. The funds raised will go directly toward:

• Dancer stipends — Honoring the time, talent, and dedication of our artists

• Transportation — Covering travel to and from the venue while in Japan

• Costumes — Enhancing the visual storytelling of each piece
