Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

I’m reaching out in a moment of extreme urgency. Our family is scheduled to be evicted on January 19th at 1:00 PM EST, and without immediate help, we will have nowhere to go and will face homelessness.

This crisis is compounded by a serious medical emergency. My wife recently severely broke her ankle in four places and is now confined to bed rest for the next two months. She is unable to work, and I am her primary caregiver while trying to prevent our family from losing our home.

I am currently working, but the position is low-paying and does not cover our basic housing costs. I am actively seeking a second job, while also continuing to pursue a stable, long-term position in my field as a path back to financial stability. Despite doing everything possible, time has simply run out.

We have exhausted every option available to us. Any funds we’ve been able to put toward rent over the past months have come only from the generosity of friends, family, and former coworkers. At this point, time is our greatest enemy.

Immediate Need:

Housing Security (past-due rent and fees): $10,557.50

• Court-ordered balance: $7,357.50

• January rent: $3,200
