Help Clarissa Afford Life-Saving Kidney Treatment

My Names Clarissa , I Honestly dont know where to start and this isnt easy for me to talk about or do but im desperate for help at this point. I will start from the beginning. I was diagnosed with lupus at age 16. Within the same year I got very sick an lupus attacked my kidneys, im 33 now an have been fighting CKD Chronic kidney disease. This pass 12 months has been rapidly declining. In August 2024 I had to have a 4th kidney biopsy an a week after biopsy the kidney started bleeding internally. This really stressed out the kidneys an have continued to decline. Im at 16 percent kidney function an now getting prepared to dialysis an hope for a transplant. Unfortunately there's steps to it an wont happen over night. Im currently still working full time on top of all this. An having 5 to 6 appointments a months now, im trying to pay rent. An my car. Im a single mom. No medicaid or Medicare, no assistance. I do have work insurance which isn't covering much an im starting to drown in medical bills an still have a balance of $3,886 to pay toward my deductible that I cant afford. As of right now, IF I was ready for a transplant, I couldn't afford the after care meds which range $150 to $450 just for 30 day supply. I do plan on trying to go part time so I can try an qualify for medicaid. Until that time an it going through approval process, I still need to pay co pays for Dr. Appointments an my current meds . This is the worse most hopeless feeling and unfortunately this is going to be a ongoing thing even post transplant which im not even sure the cost of that. I pray for a positive outcome in all this an faith God has a plan for me . Thank you for taking the time to hear my story an thank you for helping .
