Help Clare complete her bucket list

My close school friend Clare Louise has sadly been diagnosed with povd pulmonary artillery hypertension and has been really poorly on oxygen 24/7 . Her and her family have sadly been given the most devastating news there is no long any treatment they can offer so Clare has been given weeks to month left so if you could please help and donate no matter how small to help her to tick some of her bucket list off . She is a fighter but sadly she needs our help to complete her List.she is always the one who helps everyone out but now needs help herself xxx we are all doing amazing please keep sharing and donating if possible to get this amazing brave strong women the special time with her loved ones xx I know this means to world to Clare and her family can't thank everyone enough xx
