The Cherokee Cadet program is a nonprofit for teens who are dedicated to learning about law enforcement and serving their community. One of our Cadets, Clara, is facing a difficult medical situation at only 15 years old. What was expected to be a routine hip procedure became a far more complex surgery, bringing significant pain, a long recovery, and mounting expenses for her family.

To support Clara at home, her family has already had to purchase a hospital bed, and the ongoing costs of medication, food, and in-home care continue to grow. These expenses have placed a real strain on the household during an already stressful time.

We are raising funds to help ease that burden so Clara’s family can focus on her recovery, not the bills. Any support you can give is appreciated and will go directly toward Clara’s care and comfort.
