Help Clamon & Mary Gaffney Rebuild After House Fire

On Monday, May 5, 2025, our beloved Clamon and Mary Gaffney lost everything in a tragic house fire that completely destroyed their home of over 60 years.

The fire started in their garage and quickly consumed their entire home. Because of their remote location and advanced age (both 84), they were unable to save any belongings. They watched helplessly as a lifetime of memories, love, legacy and the last home in Ackworth,TX went up in flames.

Even more heartbreaking, their home insurance dropped them in 2019 due to the home’s rural location and wooden structure. Despite searching for other coverage, no providers would take the risk. They are now left with nothing and no financial safety net.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Clamon and Mary are humble, faith-filled people who have spent their lives serving others—offering meals, prayer, support, and love to anyone in need. Now they need us.
