Hi, I am so excited to share that Claire has been selected to play her Bassoon for the 2022 Middle School Honors Performance Series. She has been invited to New York City this June for an amazing opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall with other selected Junior Finalists! The Middle School Honors Performance Series brings together exceptional middle school performers from around the world. This year’s Series includes talented middle school performers from 39 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.

All Junior Finalists have the opportunity to study under master conductors, work with other elite musicians, and perform at Carnegie Hall for a total of five days in New York City. Here are some of the exciting activities planned:

• Perform in the exclusive Honors Junior Performance at Carnegie Hall on Saturday, June 18, 2022 under the direction of world-renowned conductors

• Work with master conductors and build a performing resume

• Attend a Broadway Show, see famous sites, and experience the excitement of New York City

• Celebrate her accomplishments at a Junior Finalist Celebration in Times Square

• Stay in the heart of Manhattan, rehearse, and interact with other accomplished Junior Finalists
