Help Claire and Amigos After Devastating Loss

We're reaching out because we need your help.

Our dear friend and colleague, Claire Robinson, the fearless leader of our beloved Amigos de Los Rios has lost everything (including her own home) and we need to help her and her team get back on their feet. She has invested a lifetime of work into providing green spaces for underserved communities throughout the Los Angeles basin through her non-profit Amigos de Los Rios. The larger goal was always to build the Emerald Necklace of linked trails and green spaces connecting the mountains to the sea.

Claire and her team of 25 have worked tirelessly for decades, sometimes at their own expense, to provide a much-needed equitable access to nature, preserve our environment and protect our urban communities from the threats of climate change. Many of these projects have been directly impacted by the fires and some on the team have also lost their homes.

Any amount would be immensely helpful to this team who has poured their heart, soul and sweat to this effort of providing us all with better air to breathe and healthier outcomes for all our communities.
