Help Cindy Heal After Devastating Accident

Donation protected
On July 30th, Cindy’s life was forever changed.
She was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident while riding her Harley that left her with a broken back, multiple fractured ribs, and a shattered ankle. Just days later, she underwent surgery on her leg and now faces a long, painful, and uncertain road to recovery — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Cindy currently lives alone on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator. Even basic daily tasks — like getting to the bathroom or preparing a meal — have become dangerous and exhausting. With no close family nearby, no caregiver, and no proper support system, she’s been left to recover in an environment that’s not only difficult but life-threatening.

To make matters even more difficult, Cindy does not have medical insurance. Because of this, the hospital discharged her much earlier than they should have — sending her home with a walker, severe pain, and multiple untreated needs. Doctors have warned her that if she falls again, she could become permanently paralyzed.

A few close friends traveled long distances to visit her in the hospital, and seeing her in person made it heartbreakingly clear that she was far from okay. While their visits meant the world, they couldn’t stay — leaving Cindy to manage completely alone.

The funds raised will go toward helping Cindy with:
• Emergency medical bills and follow-up care
• In-home help and medical equipment
• Physical therapy and transportation
• Rent and basic living expenses while she is unable to work
• A safer, more accessible recovery environment

Cindy has always been the kind of person who shows up for others — whether it’s for friends, family, or even strangers. She’s the one who would give her last dollar, her time, or her shoulder to someone in need. But now, for the first time, she’s in a position where she truly needs help — and she can’t do it alone.

This experience has left her feeling vulnerable, isolated, and scared — but also grateful to be alive. She’s now reaching out to those who know her, those who have admired her from afar, and even kind strangers who may not know her at all — asking simply for compassion, kindness, and prayers.

Whether it’s a donation, a share, or just a few words of encouragement, any act of support means the world to her right now — and brings her one step closer to healing safely.

From the bottom of her heart, thank you.
