Help Cindy get "BACK" on her feet!

My name is Leslie Bodo and I am located in Tennessee. I am raising money for my Mom who lives in Hillsboro, Ga. My Mom, Cindy, has been a hard worker her whole life. She raised two daughters, ran a successful home repair business, and enjoyed every day life until her health slowly deteriorated to where she is today. She used to love to travel, especially to the beach. She also loved the lake and taking her grandkids for rides on her pontoon boat. For the last several years though, she has been fighting steadily declining health. Her mind is still a young, independent woman but her body prevents her from doing the simplest things, even taking care of herself.  At the beginning of 2020, Mom fought for her life  through congestive heart failure, pneumonia, and a severe end-stage COPD exacerbation. Most recently, she has undergone a very risky spine surgery to help her recover some of the function of her hands and feet. She spends her days mostly in her recliner or on the floor trying to find a comfortable position for her crippling back and neck pain.  She is on full time oxygen therapy and wears Bipap throughout the day. She is on several medications for her multiplying health problems. Mom lives off of a social security disability check and has medicare but even that doesn't cover all of her monthly expenses including rent and utilities, especially with the cost of medical care. She is now requires 24 hour care.   Mom is currently admitted to the hospital recovering from her back surgery. She made it through and the doctor is hopeful this will ease some of her suffering. My Mom has a wish list for when she gets home from the hospital and this GoFundMe is to help raise money for that.  1. Mom would love to have an Inogen G5 oxygen concentrator so that she can be more mobile when able. She has found one through a company for $1500.  https://www.inogen.com/products/g5-systems/ 2. Mom is over $1000 behind on medical bills. Being on a limited income with increasing expenses, it is hard to get ahead enough to pay the mounting medical bills. 3. Mom will continue to need around-the-clock care as she tries to recover from her spine surgery which includes intense physical therapy. She will need some additional funds to help them with their rent, utilities, food  and other necessities.  Cindy is the beneficiary for this fundraiser and will be removing funds to use directly as they come in and they will be deposited into her bank account. Her need is immediate. She is so incredibly grateful for any and all help that she is blessed with! Post-operative My Mom, Cindy wants her life back! She knows she will never be completely back to normal but she prays that her body can at least do some of the things her able mind wants her to do!
