Cindy Espinoza is a disabled woman living on her own and managing severe diabetes, along with other health challenges. Her ability to stay independent depends heavily on reliable transportation. Cindy relies entirely on her car to get to critical medical appointments, manage her diabetes care, pick up prescriptions, and handle daily necessities. Unfortunately, her car’s engine has locked up, leaving her without transportation and putting her health at risk.
