Please help Cindy a wonderful wife, nurse, fantastic mother, and person who gives so selflessly to others.
Cindy was diagnosed on March 5th, 2021 with Non-Hodgkin's B Cell Lymphoma, which the mass is centered in her chest and wraps around her superior vena cava. Her story began when she started to feel pressure begin in her neck doing her daily activities, such as yoga and even doing laundry. As the go-getter she is, she knew something did not feel right and advocated for herself to find out what was causing this. After a neck and chest CT scan on February 26th, it showed she had a 7cm mass in her chest. She was admitted to the hospital to get all the testing to diagnose what exactly the mass was on March 1st, her birthday. March 5th they had the diagnosis.
While the cancer is aggressive, Cindy is even more so and determined to get rid of it! According to her oncologist, this is curable! She has begun chemotherapy on March 15th and is ready for the battle. We are hoping all goes according to plan and she will have her last chemotherapy scheduled for June 28th!
As a family we are on this road with her together and we hope that you all will help her in this journey as well. Cindy said hugs would be great from everyone if we weren't in Covid, but for now she is asking for prayers and positive thinking.
Much love!
Thank you.
