Help Cindi pay for cancer treatment

In March 2021 one of our coworkers, an awesome optician with a heart of gold stopped working due to extreme debilitating pain in her back. After numerous appointments, it was determined that she had lung cancer and would need to undergo chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. She has not worked since March and even with insurance, she is running into real problems affording her treatment and providing for her family.

If you have had the pleasure to know her, you would agree that Cindi is one of the sweetest kindest people you will ever meet. Her need for these funds is very urgent and will go directly to providing for her family and her continued medical treatments. In particular, she has a choice of treatments and if she can afford the better treatment she has a good prognosis and hopes to start coming back to work in 2 months but needs to make the decision in the next week! We all want her back and healthy as soon as possible and appreciate anything you can contribute as soon as possible.
