Hi everyone! My name is Chyna Johnson-Holmes, I am 28 years old and I am currently enrolled to start an LPN program at Lansdale School of Business (LSB)! I am a single mommy of a precious little boy named Malik who will be 1 year old come August. I currently am working as a bartender at a restaurant and being as though it is summertime, I have not been making much money. The money I do make tends to go straight to bills, my baby’s needs of course, gas & food.

I am here asking for help from anyone who may be willing to lend me a helping hand so I can create a better future for my baby boy and me. I am a very hardworking individual and would appreciate anything anyone is able to donate to me furthering my education. I graduated high school with a CNA Certification that I obtained at 17 my junior year through NMTCC. But because I was so young at the time, I never landed a job due to no experience and not knowing any better back then I never asked how I would obtain said experience if no one was willing to take a chance on me. I say all this to say, the passion to want to be a nurse has always been in my heart but things happened in my life that made me change the course. I am a person who never likes to ask for help from anyone so me even doing this speaks volumes of how bad I really want this!

I will be forever indebted to all of you willing to help me out during this time of need. The money I am asking for will be strictly for me to get my books and supplies I need to begin school September 8th! I will have financial aid eventually but because this is my first time receiving it, I won’t see any of that money until about a month or so after beginning my classes. No amount of money is too small & I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you who takes the time to read all of this and even maybe decides to support my cause!
