My dog Chulo, a 115-lb Presa Canario, recently suffered a terrible accident that left his right rear leg broken in multiple places, including the ankle joint. The only way he can walk normally again is with surgery.

So far, I've already spent $1,400 on X-rays and initial treatment, and I have managed to save $3,250 toward the surgery. I was able to find a more affordable surgical option for $6,000, but I still need help reaching the full amount.

Chulo is more than just a dog — he is family. He's loyal, protective, and full of love. Without surgery, he will live in constant pain and may even face losing his leg, which would be devastating for a dog his size.
