Help Collins Survive End Stage Kidney Disease

My name is Christopher Obinna Anele. I’m appealing for fund raising for my younger brother Collins Chukwudi Anele. Collins is a 33years old brilliant Software Engineer, with a bright future. He is currently having renal dialysis sessions in preparation for an urgent Kidney Transplant on the account of an End Stage Kidney Failure.

The estimated cost of the kidney transplant and the initial post surgery care is in the amount of Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). Potential donors are on standby to donate the needed kidney to keep my brother alive if medically screened and matched.
