Hello, my name is Chuck Ayala. I'm a musician singer. been out here since 2009. I have cancer, Lymphoma to name it. I didn't know all these bills would be popping up, thought insurance would cover it..Also moving, I know I know not a great time but can't afford where I'm living now as I can't work like I use to due to Chemo week & a half ago.
