Hi. For those of you that don't know, Chuck is going to have to have a valve replaced in his heart. He has a few more tests and then they will decide which procedure they are going to do. Everything will be done at The University of Nebraska Medical center in Omaha. His hospital stay will depend upon which procedure they decide on. His stay in the hospital will be anywhere from 5 days to a couple weeks. He does not have short term disability insurance. Ann will be down there with him during all of this and will not be able to work while she is there. His recovery time once he gets home will be determined by which route they take. I will be the only one bringing in some income and I am only working part-time right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will continue to add updates when I know more. Once these are completed they will know how to do the procedure safely to avoid stroke and other complications. Any help is greatly appreciated.
