Chrystal Flores is my girlfriend and an incredible person who has always put her family and loved ones first. She’s diabetic, and until recently, she managed her health with the help of insurance from our workplace. But when our company cut insurance coverage, Chrystal was left without a way to afford her medication. The cost became overwhelming, and she had to go without it for a couple of weeks.

This led to a medical emergency—Chrystal was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. After being sent home, she was only back for three days before needing to return to the hospital again. The stress and uncertainty have been incredibly hard on her and everyone who cares about her.

The funds raised will go directly toward Chrystal’s medication, hospital bills, and rent. Because she’s often in the hospital, she’s missing work and not getting paid, which makes it even harder to keep up with basic expenses. Anything helps! Chrystal is an amazing and lovable person who works hard, especially for her son. She always believes in doing the right thing and takes care of those around her.
